Oxygen increases smelter efficiency

Using Oxygen instead of air in smelter increases the efficiency of the furnace. Using oxygen gas instead of air reduces the Furnace size, results in much higher temperatures and much lower NOX emissions .

Many of the Smelter processes are Batch which introduces some challenges to the VSA Plant. Adsorptech has experience and know-how to deal with smelter batch operations using oxygen VPSA supply system.
