PSA nitrogen kit

A modular plant is the most cost effective way to build a plant, sometimes due to low labor costs or high duties, it is more economical to build the plant locally. In these cases, Adsorptech can supply a kit of parts that can be assembled locally.

A Kit of plants is recomended in the following circumstances

• Very low cost of local labor
• High import duties for equipment from USA
• Building required due to aesthetics or low noise requirement

A typical kit of parts will consist of the following

• All Blowers
• All valves prewired and installed on a Valve Skid
• Sieve
• All Instruments
• PLC Control Panel
• Drawings and specifications for piping spools
• Drawings and Specifications for the vessels
• Startup Services

The responsibility of the local contractor will include

• Manufacture the pressure vessels
• Manufacture piping spools
• Build the foundation and or building
• Assemble the plants
• Electrical installation
